Villa Adriana opened in 2001 as a small family business with four apartments. Today, in addition to apartments, we also offer rooms and rooms with kitchenettes.
Our desire is to create an oasis where our guests can relax from the stress of everyday obligations and enjoy their vacation.

We are located in the very south of Istria, in the quiet town of Premantura, just a few steps from the entrance to the protected landscape of Kamenjak - known for its untouched natural beaches, coves and spectacular viewpoints. Lovers of a more active holiday will enjoy cycling, rowing, sailing, surfing and walking here. Donji Kamenjak has approximately 10 km of indented coastline.
